hey bro me again, i ahve tried a few, like animal cuts, tight by san, xenedrine, ripped fuel with cycloburn, andstackers. stackers suck, xenedrine is good as long as you workout with it, so is ripped fuel, animal cuts is good stacked with animal mstak, quick and fast fat loss, stack animal cuts and animal mstak, with 30 minutes of cardio and45 minutes of weights, cardio 4 days a week, and weights 5, should hit you good.

at your age you do not need any weight loss supplements, you need to learn how to eat properly; getting lean comes mainly from proper diet/nutrition.

I agree. You do not want to take stimulants/thermos at your age. That said, if your diet is in order, there are certain supplements (and nutropics) that will directly and indirectly improve body composition, that are just a good part of any diet.

These include (plug) SesaThin, fish oil, multi-vitamin, and ALCAR.
