Made an Order to 1fast400

I made this order last week on the 11th & since the 12th they say it's STILL pending. What the hell is going on? Are the tiring to HOLD my stuff until the 19th for the ban? Can they do this? I have an order of m4ho, caliper, and tanning color. Has anyone else order anything from fast400? If so, have you gotten your stuff? This is crap I tell yeah! Thanks guys!

They are usually very reliable. I actually ordered something on the 12th and am still pending too. Things just happen... there a good company though.

With the PH/PS ban happening in a few days, this would be my speculation as well. I'm sure they are SWAMPED trying to get the shipments out before the ban. I'd imagine they would already all have to be delivered before the ban is in effect as well.

Your best best is to email them, they are a great company.

Thanks. I'm not worried about 1fast400 shipping my order out.. It's just pending in Gramham, NC since the 12th.. What I'm worried about is the U.S. Post office.. It's a conspiracy. HAHA..

Ive had a problem with the computers being updated.... typically itll say its far away, and it gets deliered the same day. Then theyll update it after its delivered. Nothing to get too concerned about.

one of the items you ordered may be out of stock, even if it did not say that on the site. they may be expecting it to come in and they are holding your order until it arrives.

or, like the others said it could be due to the upcoming ban in 3 days.

why don't you call them, or email and ask?

I've placed two shipments with them in the last week or so and I got my PHs in just three days. My order of whey and dextrose however still hasn't shown up and it's been over a week. My guess is that non-PH orders are taking a back seat right now.

All-in-all, they're really great to deal with.

HM23 and i have always had top notch service from 1fast400...
it is just wierd they used the usps this time... lame choice.
hopefully the holiday doesn't mess it up even more.
what would happen if ph's were still in the mail as of the 20th?
is there any kind of grace period with a receipt?

the cheapest is always, by default, fedex/ups and is here in 1-2 days.

I had that happen once and it turned out that I accidently checked the "send check" item for payment. The order just sat there waiting on my check.

the post office is not going to know what is in the package and they are not going to open a domestic delivery, don't worry about it.

I also have a ph shipment pending, after reading this I called them and asked if it was going to be out soon, and they said "absolutely, we are working around the clock to get them out as soon as possible"

I revived my shipment today. Five business day total. It was shipped USPS ground, which makes it just about right. My PHs were shipped priority and I received them in three days.

Like I said, they're pretty good.

that was the reason for concern but we'll sit tight.
