    Question Cell-Tech and Xenadrine

Is it a good idea to use xenadrine while trying to bulk up w/ Cell-Tech? and also whens a good time to use the Cell-Tech and Nitro-Tech, throughout the day or just prior/post workout?

    Thanks for any input

I do not think bulking up and taking xenadrine makes sense.

If you use Xenadrine as a pre-workout boost, than it is fine. However, do not use it any more than this if you are trying to add bulk/size.

Use Cell-Tech right after you train and/or first thing in the morning. Nitro-Tech can be used anytime throughout the day as a protein supplement, but would be best used after a workout, about 30 minutes after the Cell-Tech.

Cell tech has a lot of sugar, which would directly conflict with any desire to cut up.

I know... but why xenadrine then? Save the xenadrine until you want to cut up or you risk dulling your receptors.

    Cool cell tech & thermogenics

I use both of these on weght training days , but only the thermogenics on cardio days on an empty stomach. On weight training days I get up 2 hours early to have a shake containing 1/2 serving cell tech+ 1 sc. PROMAX+ 1 tsp. glutamine + 10oz. water before training & I have the same shake w/in 15 minutes after training. On cardio days I only use thermogenics w/ 10 oz water on an empty stomach.

Cell-Tech is a creatine/dextrose/alpha lipoic acid combo. It can be found all over the net and in stores.

save yourself some dinero(money)! check the price of it you will understand what im saying. just get some plain ole` monohydrate creatine and mix it with the juice of your choice. (juice works just as well as dextrose.)
you can get that for a fraction of the price and it does the same thing. $10 or $15 bucks for a 4or 5 month supply as opposed to $30-$50 bucks. It works. If ya just have to buy it do a little research first.
    Stay safe and Good luck!

I tried the fruit juice deal and only got some extra fast urges for the bathroom. When I take a full serving of Cell tech theres no discomfort for me.Add some protein to your post-workout Cell tech to make it more complete. The cheap way ain't always best!!

I agree that Xenadrine can give you that extra boost during workout...but in general, I would not recommend using it regularly while trying to bulk up...it's a cutter, plain and simple.

The Xenadrine shouldn't hurt anything if you take it while bulking. It would probably help keep off some of the unwanted fat while taking in all the excess calories and give a welcome boost to your workouts when ya don't feel up to par.

Bulking up is retro. Also Bulking up and cutting up are two separate phases.
Franco Columbo advocated keep your body lean year round why bulk up its not quality muscle.
Dont believe Muscle Techs ads most of those people in the ads are competitive bodybuiders in off season in the before photos and after they are in competetive shape.
    Dont buy into the hype.

I really don't think when we use the term "bulking up"it's meant in the traditional sense. When you bulk up now ,it just means that you take in a few extra "good "calories in an attempt to add quality mass and not look like a blob.Sometimes you just can't help but to add a little fat too.
