4 Andro
I heard of some goods things when reading on some sites about 4-andro. Then I stumbled upon a site that said that taking a 4 andro supplement was really not good for you and has many side effects. The site that was saying good stuff was bodybuilding.com. But they sell products so you cant trust everything they say. Is 4-andro a good supplement to take or not? Thanks.

My good friend just starting taking 4-diol like 3 days ago at 500mg/day . How long until he sees the effects? He is stacking it with 1-ad. How sohuld this cycle workout?

If it's oral he probably won't. You need at least 1g/day oral to see benefits.

use methoxy isoflavone, i used methoxy pro protein 4 times a day, and animal m stak, works good
