M1t and 4AD powder..A quick question.
Hello to all.
First id like to thank all the folks at Bulk Nutrition. I received my order only two days after placing it. Thank you very much. My question is as follows. I am about to start my m1t and 4AD in about three weeks. I have read and re read countless posts on the cycle length and dosage amounts, thats where i need help. My plan is to do a 4 wk cycle of both together, starting with 5mg the first wk of m1t, seeing how it goes then upping the dosage to 10mg per week for the remainder. I have powdered 4ad and would like to know the best way to get it into my system. I was thinking orally in a drink, but then i have read how that isnt very effective. I am thinking about transdermally, but I have absolutely no idea on how to measure out the amount to make the patches with?.I shall order the gels and other related prior to my cycle if some one could enlighten me on the measurements. I have read sll the stickys and tons of related material, I just need a good solid answer from some one who has gone this route before. ok.the scales will be no problem, where do i go from there..such as amounts ect?..

A 4oz gel will hold 6g and 8oz gel will hold 12g or more.
Depends on what you put in it. |
