Gnc
I'm 16 and I don't have access to a credit card to buy online supplements, but I could go to GNC or another place. Would they sell me supplements since I'm under 18?The supplements I wanna take are ZMA Fuel, Growth Factor -1, and a whey protein. One website said they wouldn't sell ZMA to people under 18. I think that would be bogus if they didn't. Thanks.

No, no, no...
Not GNC or any supplements store will sell you products intended for people 18 or older if you are 16, unless you look like you are at least 18.I remember this guy who was 15 and went to the store where I work trying to buy creatine, we didn't sell him the stuff. Also a guy from the UK who was 16 and wanted to buy Acetabolan III and that's a ZMA product, we didn't sell him the thing either. ![]() |

I went there when I was 17 and they sold me creatine. It all depends on who is at cash registar.
Im 20. 6'3'' 235 lbs. Want to get to 8% body fat, +315 bench, +500 squat, and reach a weight between 230-240.

Funny...When I was in the States when I was 15 I bought some Pro-Hormone supplement without a problem at a health store...my uncle who was a doctor saw it and told me that I shouldn't mess around with that shit and confiscated it and on a further note.. not to take supplements or even go to the gym until 16 ( whole lecture on how i would fuck my growth up)...he was pissed, fair enough, i would have probably fucked myself up a little. He also said Protein was all I needed to take. Thought I'd Share that

Hard to believe..not really, Gyms in Spain where I used to live wouldn't allow you to participate in them until you were 16, and in my Boarding School in England Weight Machines were only allowed for people at the age of 16 and above , Im suprised in America where there is a supposed problem with even purchasing supplements..which I didn't experience btw that gyms will allow people at 15 or below participate in heavy weights without a problem. My Uncle said excessively large weights while still going through a growth spurt.. etc might stunt growth and gave me a whole load of other crap..made logical sense at the time anyway, but the main thing he was annoyed about was how I got away with purchasing a product which I shouldn't have been able to get my hands on. Maybe the Clerk was stoned, I don't know.

Well my dad works in physical therapy as a profession and he told me that weight lifting can help you grow. I also know a lot of people that have been doing heavy lifting since twelve years old and they're over six feet, so I don't think that there's much truth in what your uncle told you.

I called a GNC store today and told the guy I was 16 and wanted to get something to boost my performance. He recommended nos. I was reading on the internet that nos is a steroid alternative, so I don't think I'd have any probs getting the supplements. I called a different store and they recommended creatine and a couple other things. Can't remember off the top of my head. Got em written down somewhere though.
Does wal-mart have a good variety of supplements? |

honestly dude go anywhere from GNC. If you live in a decent sized place there should be at least a few supplement shops aronud. I bought creatine at 14 and pro-hormones at 16 with no problems.
back for the first time....
