No, it is too new, but no one will be making it unless they reverse engineer it.

Of course that all could change.

What you mean by reverse engineer it ?

And why would anyone make it as it is , if its legal ? From the fear being made illigal in the upcoming months ?

I would guess it would cost a minimum $25k to get the raws from china. No one will risk that getting seized.

Here is what I know. One of the shipments Sledge (The maker) ordered from China was seized before the last batch. So, he essentially footed all the money only to lose it. This will prolly become common practice after the ban regardless of whether or not it is banned yet.

By reverse engineer it, I mean that someone get's Superdrol and then uses the chemical itself to figure out how to make it. Someone else could do it, but they would be taking a chance of the raw chemical being snatched at customs. If you foot $5000 and don't know whether you will even get the shipment, there is not much reason to bother.

Although , if they dont get seized , it's $$$ making time

It's when you risk something that you can make the best amount of $

Sounds like Sledge needs to get a good lawyer behind him and press on. If it's not illegal, he can get that stuff back.

He can get the stuff back, while he is tied up in legal proceedings they ban it, then he has spent $25k on the supps and at least that on legal fees to possess something eh will never be able to sell.

I think the price of legal fees versus the money he would make by selling another batch of Superdrol is worth the risk.

Besides, to add another supplement to the ban list, wouldn't they have to give another 90-day period to supplement companies?

I doubt it, but I bet he would be tied up in court for way more than 90 days anyway, then if it is banned, he wasted all that money for nothing and gets no product.

Is there any way to get the raws from within the US? Even if it is more expensive, I think people would pay a premium for a legal PH/PS.

Yeah, there are but I believe Sledge was saying they were 6 figures. So essentially you will be paying at least 4 times as much, prolly more like 10 times. You might as well just do real stuff then.

Wow, six figures. That is ridiculous. Maybe we should all move to China.

The FDA will be able to ban anything at anytime supposedly............no 90 day grace! There won't be any loopholes this time!

If something got seized while legal and then got banned while sledge was in court, someone is still responsible for the illegal seizure. That agency could then be made to pay damages for the loss. I know this is hypothetical, but it's probably not too far fetched.

Its very far fetched. Holding something (anything) while it is tested is not illegal.

Aside from that, is everyone really unaware that all PHs and PSs were never legal to sell as dietary supplements?

This ban made them illegal compounds, but they have never been legal to sell.

In this hypothetical case, the property would not be returned despite the fact that it was legal to possess at the time of seizure. In that sense, I am talking about suing for damages due to loss of property.

However... I glossed over the fact that this is probably a customs case. In that sense, you are probably right that the importer would be SOL.
