Taking 1-AD and creatine at the same time...

what do you guys think of that? Will that be even more effective or does the 1-AD cover what creatine does.
Im 20. 6'3'' 235 lbs. Want to get to 8% body fat, +315 bench, +500 squat, and reach a weight between 230-240.

Don't do it man. It'll push your estrogen through the roof. You could get gyno. Hell, one guy even grew a vagina!

On a more serious note, there's no problem there. You can mix them. But if you need to ask if you should mix 1-AD with Creatine, you really shouldn't be doing any PHs. You simply do not know enough yet. You could end up hurting yourself. And that's no joke.

I agree with cfs3, even though he started off on a light note. (LOL, BTW)

If you don't know that creatine and 1-AD do completely different things, then you don't know enough about PH's to be using them. Do some research - I don't mean 15 minutes of research in the sticky, I mean maybe weeks of research. You should respect your body enough to at least know what you are putting into your body and what it does/how it works.

    That makes it even worse.

I cannot imagine taking a pill and having no idea what it was doing to me.

stacking creatine and 1-ad is fine, and would be a good idea IMO (i'd stay on creatine during pct too)

yes started it on monday, so far so good... haven't really felt anything from either the 1-ad or 4derm yet but i'm expecting they'll take a few days (possibly weeks) to kick in

i've decided to stay on CEE throughout my cycle and pct, awesome stuff, over the last week i've set new PB's on my bench and squat, so once the 1-ad kicks in i'ma really be on FIRE

hows your cycle going so far? any weight/strength changes? you can PM me if you like

    peace
