Trouble sleeping while on 1-ad ... help me plz

Ok , I'm currently doing a 1-ad cycle , I'm only at my 5th day ... I need something to help me sleep. I go to sleep at night no problem around say 11pm. But I wake up around 4-5am and I'm unable to go back to sleep. I need a trick or something to help me sleep... Over the counter plz.

I had the opposite problem - I wanted to sleep in until 10 every morning. But then again I was stacking with 4-AD. Even though it makes you less lethargic, maybe it helps you sleep better.

i don't know if its due to the 1-ad or due to the fact i've had 3 straight late nights in a row, but i'm feeling damm lethargic today, seriously i'm meant to be doing stats revision and then i've got a workout scheduled after my next meal... but damm i think i'ma be forced to sleep instead, this is by far the worst lethargy i've had in a long time, i hate it, i don't think the 4derm has kicked in yet or maybe the dose is too low?

4-AD took about a week to kick in for me. Just give it a few more days...

Ya , I feel a bit lethargic too ... But go train anyways , you'll see , once you start training it goes away

I've found that if I don't get at least 7 hours of sleep, the lethargy manifests. If I get over 7 hours of sleep, I feel just fine.

Try getting 7 or more hours of sleep for two nights and see how you feel.

i'll try, but its the weekend and my flatmates will be dragging me out the clubs again, i'll prob make something up tonight though or just be blunt n' say 'fuck off, i'm on PH a 6-day gym routine and need my sleep' coz i really don't wanna feel like i did today again tomorrow

just got another couple of hours nap, feel much better now, so it is probably sleep related

    peace
