    Phospatidylderine, worth it, or not?

Ive heard Phospatidylserine, the active ingredient in many "Cortisol Blocking" products such as Cort-Bloc by Muscle Link, etc, called a fat burner, muscle builder, etc, what is your take on it? I hear you can buy it just as "Phospatidylserine" as opposed to with other products.

Do you think the soy-derived product has the same effect as the bovine-derived? (because they wont sell you the cow one.)

seems to work to prevent soreness, so the cortisol blocking seems legit. It's expensive, though, unless you buy bulk powder. 100mg caps won't do much. You need 300-600mg at least per day or more. Studies also seem to present some pretty good evidence of effectiveness.

I've tried it and it definitely eliminated soreness for me. Whether or not that has anything to do with a drop in cortisol I have no idea.

Lot of studies show that it works well for mood and brain stuff.

Hard to tell. I would use it on a cut but not during a bulk. I would say that if it is effective, it's effective in preventing loss of lean mass on a cut.
