Exclamation HELP! 5 most important supplements? (brands/types)

I figured this much on my own, Creatine, Glutamine, Whey Protein/Protein Blend/Casein Blend (different things, used different times of day) Multi Vit/Mineral Now what else?

Name brands too, because id like some personal references, because im gonna completely revamp here, and I need some definitive stuff, like, for example, as opposed to saying "creatine" say something like "phospagen hp" or, as opposed to glutamine, say like, di-peptide, or ... something

Also, im trying to get some help on a good BLEND protein, to use throughout the day, because chicken breasts are hard to choke down, seeing as i only have 8 min breaks at school...

Creatine - I like TriCreatine Malate and I am producing a supp that has it and several other ingrediants, right now I use SAN V-12.

Glutamine - Primiforce would be an inexpensive quality brand.

    Whey protein - www.allthewhey.com

Multi vitamin - I use TwinLab's Daily One

As far as whey goes, im a bit partial to my ON 100%, but, like i said, im looking for a good blend, and everything I find has a bunch of vitamins etc in it, should I worry about that? I hear that certain b-vits can cause nerve damage...

if you are talking about the v12, it is not necessary b/c a transport matrix is already included.

    BCAAs definitely
I use VPX micellean MRP as a nighttime MRP

Other than that, on a cut I would take a fat burner and on a bulk I would hit up creatine.

I use other stuff but I don't find them essential.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

    I use:

Z-Force ZMA; helps me sleep and regenerate
    CytoGainer Protien/Carb shake
NO-xplode (my favorite supp, gives me lots of focus, pumps, and energy pre-workout)

I also add some bulk powders to the NO-Xplode:
    Bulk CEE from 1Fast
    Bulk Citruline Malate from 1Fast
Bulk Arginine Alpa Ketoglutarate from 1fast

Also take B multi, b6, Flaxoil, fish oil.

CLA rocks too, but it's expensive - I gotta draw the line somewhere.
