quick M1T question

quick M1T question

I have read quite a lot on the m1t, 4derm stack. the only thing I can't get a solid answer on is when during the day to take the m1t. does it matter? If I am taking 10mg should I split it or take it at once? Any benefit to before or after workout?

Take 5mg at a time; if you're taking ten I'd take one before workout, one before bed. I did that and it worked well. I felt vibrant for my workout and I had my own theory, with no scientific basis, that since you're estrogen levels and test levels are so high at night, that it would be good to have it before bed. Worked well, as I said.

Divide the dose, but right before bed and right before working out are the two worst times, IMO. BP issues make you feel bad working out and can keep you up at night.

I couldn't take it before bed, it kept me up.

When I took it before workout it felt like it gave me a much better pump and helped me work out harder. I guess it depends on your body; I have a very low resting heart rate, so it takes a lot to get me revved really high. I used M1T alone so I was always so tired that it didn't have any effect on me adversely by taking it before bed. I think they were the two best times to take it, personally. During the cycle I changed it up once or twice, but went back to pre-WO and bed time.

Totally agree with Pirate. Maybe at 5mg and 10mg you wont kil yourself taking it b4 workout, but as you move up it is dangerous. Your BP is already dangerously high on M1t, taking it b4 a workout is asking for trouble. And at night, it will most likely cause sleep issues. Even taking it upon waking it has caused me sleep issues at night at higher doses. I take it all upon waking right after my whey shake.

i took m1t 5mg in the morning wiht a whey shake, and 5 mg with another shake before my workout, i felt a great pump while working out but was always short of breath. also i had trouble sleeping and back cramps were terrible
