Just use a plain creatine monohydrate. It's really, really cheap at vitamins.com--give it a shot before dropping big coin on any MuscleTech product.

well we can be on the same page. amazing I agree, I'd say 75% of the price of CellTech is just for the Muscle Tech name, waist of money. Walmart sells better products!

what "results" are you looking for?
Do a search in this forum just for creatine you'll find an abundant amount of threads on what people prefer and how they felt about different products

'Course we can. It's all a matter of if we want to be assholes or not

Yeah, MuscleTech has to recoup the cost of those 6-page advertisements somehow

Like I said, try vitamins.com

I just picked up some creatine and BCAA's from them tonight. $19 for 300ct Amino's, 510g Creatine Monohydrate and that's with shipping

Cell-Tech isn't a bad product per say, it's just overpriced. You can get the same elsewhere, for cheaper. 10g of Creatine won't kill you, but you're better off mixing 5g in post-workout to a whey protein shake.

Yes, buy the creatine and mix 5g worth into your post workout whey shake. Whey is fast acting, quickly absorbed so it helps stop catabolism and replenish muscles.

Calories make you gain weight. Whey can be apart of that if you eat enough. Diet is key to everything with fitness.

It isn't ridiculous. Like I said, it's better he's asking about these than AAS.
