gyno??? HELP!
okay i'm on my 7th day of a 1-ad 4derm cycle and my nipples are looking a bit funny, they are little bit lumpy at times (like kinda firm, almoast like they are erected but more lumpy than normal) but at other times they just look a little bit puffed but not so lumpy, its weird
i've felt no itching, pain or irritation so far, i'm wondering is it normal to experience stuff like this? or should i be thinking about the nolva right now just don't want to take any risks thanks |

First cylce nerves prehaps?
I think your nipples get very itchy with gyno, but could be wrong Quote:

Ya , I had the same thing on day 3 ... Its just nerves I think ... Since chances of having gyno on 1-ad are very low , lower than m1t which are already low.
Btw , how are your gains so fair young d ?

You are fine, just paranoid. Probably a cold breeze. Happens to me all the time. If they perk up and stay that way and get real tender in a painful or itchy way just under the skin, start hitting the novla. I'd be real surprised if you got gyno on the amount of 4-ad you are running, Bro.
We would like to see more of Godfather on the other side. Everyone on this thread is over there, too. ![]() |

okay guys thanks for reassuring me, i didn't think it would be gyno as i know the chances are very rare but i just wanted to be sure, i agree stu probably just the 4derm kicking in... man i was hard as a rock last night! strange coz my libdo has been low so far this week but all of a sudden its starting to pick up

Be careful not to cut calories too much during PCT, otherwise you'll lose your hard-earned gains. Keep the calories up, but keep them clean.

Yeah you don't want to cut until a good bit after a solid, calorie-up'd PCT.
And I feel you on the nipple problem; I had REAL bad nerves because I had my nipples pierced about two weeks before I started my M1T cycle, so they hurt 24/7 and are always perked up. It was a frightening one ![]()

jesus man~~~~!!!! I thought I was the only one fucking paranoid about this, I already think I have very light natural gyno, my tits and nipels are not leaning down but they are just kind of big, I gain very easy mass on my upper body and my chest is my most powerfull pride and posesion but I still am not sure about the normalness of their size........None of my friends have the size and the mass like me so I cant compare them to me....But now I am starting another 2 week cycle with 1-t and 4-ad (oral) I only have enough for 2 weeks, Plus I want to see how it is going to benefit me on a cut...

the same think happend to me on my second week of m1t, the nipples started to look puffy but i had no itching, i freaked and started my nolva early and it stopped, im not sure of it really was early gyno or what but im fine now

BTW, if you think you do have some mild gyno, what is there you can do about it? cuz i cant tell if its just bodyfat or not, (im on my first bulk, and a couple months before summer, im gonna go on a cut) and im kinda buggin

yeah apparently its very easy to add fat at the start of your pct, as you have little test in the system and you need to keep the cals up to retain gains... but workouts and cardio should be kept short, some even take a week off or lift HIT style
thing is, if i'm gonna be cutting heavy after my pct is there any point running clen during my pct? or should I just run an extra 2 weeks of clen on my cutting phase... because the fat will come off regardless when i cut, i'm not too sure... if i put on much more i prob will give it a shot over pct but i'm tempted to 'save' it for my cut if you get what i'm saying |

i've never run clen during pct. i actually haven't used it at all in about 5 years. when i did use it my skin felt like shrink wrap on my body but i'd get the shakes & jitters. i plan on using it once i start to cut.
