help please! stacking 1-AD & 4Derm
Hey, I have 1-AD from ergopharm and 4-AD 4derm from Dermabolics and I'm equipped with Tamoxifen Citrate/aka/Nolvadex for post cycle. Can somebody suggest proper dosage and plan for the cycle please? I'm looking for optimal results without fat gain and as minimal as possible side effects. Are there any other supplimets needed?
and on a side note, the guys that have had testicular shrinkage... how much in % did they shrink ?, and did they fully restore after the post cycle? |

Take 300-400mg's ED of the 1-AD for 6 weeks. Up your calorie intake to build the most muscle possible while on cycle, and don't cut until your done with PCT. I doubt you will see testicular atrophy while on 1-AD but you may have loss of libido, and yes with proper PCT your libido should return to normal in a matter of weeks.

Like gococksdjs said , run 300mg/400mg ed for 1-ad . You will likely gain a little fat , but you must accept that if you want the best muscle gains ... You'll have plenty of time to cut after your pct is done.
When a goal is reached comes satisfaction . You're accomplished as a person when you surpass those goals .

OK this is my plan: Starting monday next week...
4 pills of 1-ad daily (400mg) 400mg of 4-ad 4derm daily (2 applications morning and evening 200 mg each. In the morning on the upper arms and legs in the evening on stomach and chest) do this for 6 weeks then: finish off with 4 week post cycle of tamoxifene 40 mg first 2 weeks daily and 20 mg last 2 weeks) is taking ephedrine/aspirin/caffine a good idea for trying to loose some fat while on the cycle ? because I plan on doing that... im also gona be eating 1 g of protein per body pound and im gonna try to stick to a vegetable and lean meat diet of 2000 calories per day also Betagen powder (creatine/glutamine/vitamin) compound. |
