Effectiveness of Anabolic Matrix Rx...

I have just ordered a Bottle of the stuff, yet I remember passing a thread afterwards which said it was pretty much useless, unless you were 25 or over. Can anyone tell me this is 'rubbish' ..as I am 20 and that would be bad news

Furthermore the dosage is 3 at night right ? - Why not when you wake up ?

Any suggestions to stack it with? ..possibly ZMA ?

Don't bother with the ZMA, unless you're deficient in zinc, magnesium and B6. It may help you sleep better, but it won't raise test levels. Personally I'm not a big fan of tribulus, but I've posted all that before and don't want to repeat myself....

It is possible that a 20 year old has low T levels and it would benefit them.

Because testosterone is released at night when sleeping, if you want to go 6 caps a day you can, that would be 3 AM and 3 PM.

Any suggestions to stack it with? ..possibly ZMA ?

ZMA is good for promoting sleep, that is about it.
