BSN Cellmass or VPX CEX ?

Im currently taking 'LA Muscle Explosive Creatine' - Which I have been quite impressed with to be honest.

But since I shall be running out within the next couple of weeks I have been looking at BSN Cellmass and VPX CEX ..has anyone tried them and been impressed with the results?

If you havn't, what creatine would you recommend?

I've grown quite a liking for swole v2.

cex im takin cex right now..but not all the time it makes me break out! ;( but all creatin e does so lol.. but cex i get great pumps! i have the same vascular besides my vains pop out a lil more thats about it for the vascular..but its a great product

CEX's pretty good. I put on 14 lbs in a month when starting it, but I was eating the right amount of calories to go with it. Yeah, you do get great pumps during training (especially if your last set is a flush or pump set- I do a warm up set for 20 reps, four working sets, 8-6reps, then a flush set for about 15 reps) and for a good half hour-hour afterwards. Truly swollen and feel like your tensing/bursting out. Think it does allow me to squeeze out those extra few difficult reps too, go that extra distance.

You do realize that 14 lbs a month from creatine alone is mostly water gain, not LBM. I'd bet that 12 lbs of that is water. I use Ripfast Kre-alkyln 1500mg Creatine Intelligence. Great pumps and workouts better than any Cre I have ever tried. Between that and my pre-w/o stimulant, Balls to the Wall, I have unbeliveable workouts, (in my mind anyway).

I have not used Cellmass, but I assume it to be a good product as BSN is a quality company. I can only speak about CEX, which is the best creatine product that I have ever used. I have never felt so strong from a creatine product before, nor felt such intense pumps. I might give the BSN product a try though to compare.

gopro...how do you take the CEX? Water? Warm liquids to break it down? I was just reading in another thread that the stomach is less likely affected if such products are taken with warm or hot liquids...

I take it with room temp water. There are no stomach issues with CEX, so it doesn't matter much whether the water is warm or not.

Thanks man! I was all set to go with V12, but everytime I read your comments about VPX CEX, it just sways me that way again.

V-12 is what I was using prior to CEX. Yes, I was using V-12 although I can get Plasma Expandor for free. But after using CEX, thats the only creatine I will use. I only miss the taste of V-12

what is plasma expandor...necessary with v12?

hmmm, I think I'll do the intelligent thing and Buy CEX then ..as every post has been positive. And I have not heard a single post about BSN CellMass...I wonder why ?

No, CEX is not that bad...some people are just babies and expect everything to taste like freaking crystal light! Stop whining and get big!!

As mentioned, Plasma is a similar type product to V-12.

All V-12 flavors are good, but my fav is grape...but I'm done with that b/c of CEX.

I've been taking CEX the last 3 weeks and have felt comfortable with the taste when mixed with water; however, I've also tried CEX with Micellar Matrix protein drink 90 minutes before my early morning workout. CEX when taken with a protein drink seems to mask the taste for those who may not find the CEX taste agreeable.
