pumps from 1-AD
today i worked arms (bis then tris) and i got a really heavy pump!! it was really weird, my muscles were just constantly tense! rock hard! it was like a really TIGHT feeling in my muscles... but i love getting pumps, now i know what arnie was taking bout!
just thought i'd share it with you guys, people at the gym are starting to tell me i look bigger now, not in a huge way! just commenting saying that i've put a bit of size on, and i'm only on my second week ![]() to the other guys on 1-ad, are you getting the same thing? peace |

I haven't gotten a single pump yet. But I did gain 10 pounds and don't seem to be sore hardly at all.
Im 20. 6'3'' 235 lbs. Want to get to 8% body fat, +315 bench, +500 squat, and reach a weight between 230-240.

well so far the pumps have been the most noticable positive thing (if you'd call them positive), i first felt them on back day in my forearms after some light deads and shrugs, hate to think what heavy deads would do to em they were ready to explode, the CEE and taurine might be enhancing the pumps a bit, apart from an initial gain of 2kg in the first week (most of what i'd put down to water) my weight hasn't really changed this week, no noticable strength increases yet either
on the negative side of things the lethargy is pretty strong! (i've been to 1 lecture this week!.. well i have had 2 tests so half of em were cancelled but still its pretty bad!)... my hunger is pretty weird, one moment i'll eat an average size meal and be stuffed, an hour later i'll be abosolutely starving!! its like i go into panic mode! hands shaking all over the place desperately trying to make something to eat... obviously i'm pretty bloated up too... and ohhh man, can you say wood!!! over the last 2 days i've been popping up all over the place, i mean everytime my girl txt me i go hard, we are goin out tomorrow night and that is gonna be tough for me man! i mean i'ma have to practice executing the 'flip' i think coz i'ma need to be good at it if i'ma survive tomorrow without her ripping it out of me! but i'm glad the 4derm has finally kicked in, i had mild depression the start of this week but i'm feeling great now!its been an exciting experience so far, i just really hope that i'ma start blowing up soon you running MD on its own? what dose and for how long? this your 1st cycle? |

Great. Just keep those calories up, and don't underestimate the weight increases you can make. If you normally do say 70's for DB press, don't be afraid to try 75's.
I have been very impressed with my PCT results so far as well. I have gained three additional pounds (I actually lost a few at first, but then it reversed), my BF has gone down 1% (according to the calipers), and I've gone up in weight in all of my lifts. For instance, when I finished my cycle, I was doing 4x10 with 75 lb DB's, and now I'm up to 90's. It makes me wonder if I wasn't pushing myself hard enough when I was on cycle. So that's something to look forward to. I was scared I'd lose everything, but it's not that way at all. |

I had that same tightness too towards the end of my cycle. I think its normal.

The first week of my PCT was Nolva. Then I decided I'd save the Nolva for something more serious and I started on the 6-oxo (just normal dosage plans where you taper off.)
I honestly think the most important thing about my PCT has been my diet. I've continued to eat 6 meals religiously. I think that has made a big impact on it. You might want to keep in mind that I was about 215 two years ago and just started back two months ago. So my gains may not be consistent with someone who didn't have such a long layoff. I've gained back weight that I used to have rather than gaining it for the first time. To answer your question, young d, I gained 13 lbs. I went from 196 to 209, and now I'm up to 212 in my last week of PCT. |
