mohn

first time writing so thanx for reading. What do u guy's think of MOHN for cutting and what should I stack it with.

M4OHN is a great cutter PS and is fairly mild compared to some of the other methyls like M1T. Dosage wise I'd recommend 30mg+ ED for 6 weeks. If you want to stack it consider a transdermal 4-AD or something like 1-Test. As it's methylated I wouldn't recommend stacking with another methyl.

would 4-ad oral be o.k . I can't get the transdermal, or should I try using it alone

Oral 4-AD in high doses would be okay, over a 1g a day is what I'd suggest. Transdermal is a much better alternative though, both in terms of bioavailability and economics.

Go transdermal with 4-AD. You'll waste a lot of money and product with pills and putting it into solution yourself isn't that big of a hassle.

If you're looking to get cut MOHN on it's one or stacked with 4-AD is fine. Personally I'd save the 1-AD for a bulker.

Cutting currently with T3 (50mcg/ed), reduced diet about 700 calories, increasing cardio to 1 hour per day. Am stacking with M4OHN (24mg/ed). Figured M4OHN was that strong so I wouldnt stack it with 4AD. Any comments or suggestions about this plan??????????

M4OHN is fairly mild IMO so make sure you keep your protein intake high to reduce muscle catabolism. 4-AD would probably help you retain more muscle but it may also bloat you due to due estrogen conversion. I'd stick with your current plan and monitor the results.

Is that 700 calorie reduction after you factor in the metabolic boost of T3 and the hour of cardio? If not, you are looking at closer to a 1700 calorie reduction. An hour of cardio a day with T3 is asking for muscle loss, IMO. No amount of M4OHN is going to stop that. I would at least shorten your cardio to less than 40 minutes. Keep meals frequent and high in protein.

i agree, t3 is strong shit! MOHN ain't! is there any reason for the hour of cardio? i never do more than 15mins of sprinting and that is enough to leave me sweating for the rest of the day, HIIT is proven to be much more effective than lengthly cardio sessions so i'd cut back, esspecially if your on 50mcg of t3 a day!

Got it thanks. My only problem is that I dont feel the T3 working at all. Some talk of sweats etc, I dont feel a fricken thing. Im not sure its doing anything at 50 mcg/ed. Should I feel something? My cardio is only fast paced walking on the treadmill.
