Ephedrine HCL + L-Glutamine

Is this ok to take together? I would guess so but I figured I would ask just to make for sure. I would be taking 1 25mg Ephedrine + 1 200MG Caffeine + Whey 30 mins before workout and 2gs of L-Glutamine after every meal.

Well, to obtain max benefit from L glut it should be consumed on an empty stomach, like first thing in the am, before bed etc...Gl;utamine peptides is the product to use if ur looking for proper absorption with food or shakes...

And ya, always make sure u refuel with protein and carbs within 45 minutes of your workout!

I wouldn't take L-Glutamine in anything less than 10 gram doses

i hade E/C & glutamine in my stack, just added the glutamine two weeks ago, for some reason I was getting a large rush then a HUGE crash in the afternoon. I was fine with the E/C , and so I dropped the glutaminefor a few days, then the speed and crash stopped, tried it again for a day with glutamine, got symptoms again. This time I dropped the E/C, and left the Glutamine. It feels like I feel better with just Glutamine, and lots of energy. Can't really explain all of this, since all I've heard says they should not effect each other, but thats my recent personal experience..

"A man can be as great as he wants to be. If you believe in yourself and have the courage, the determination, the dedication, the competitive drive and if you are willing to sacrifice the little things in life and pay the price for the things that are worthwhile, it can be done. The harder you work, the harder it is to surrender." ~Vince Lombardi

what they don't tell you is that the 2 gram dose of L-Glutamine increased GH levels 400% when compared to a placebo.

Exactly what she said.

Id recommend the protein the minute you put the weight down after your last set.

Do you think LGlut is really that effective?

What if 100% was 0.001ui?

400% is only 0.004ui. A helluva lot of difference between injecting 2-6ui, don't you think?

(Yes, maybe an extreme example, but still valid to show that internal hGH release means very little in all fairness).
