I thought you were already using 4-ad, young d. If you are not and are cutting, ECA helps a lot, especially pre workout.

well i'm already taking 4derm @ 300mg/ed, i guess my dose might be too low... might up it to 400 or 500mg then and if i run over onto another bottle so be it, i hate lethargy with a passion!

Yeah, 500 mg/day will make it much better. You can raise it higher than that as long as you have enough nolva sitting around.

decided to keep on bulking man, last week was shit, only gained 1 pound which must have been due to dropping cals and plenty of late nights, i'm so pissed off bout that... i dunno maybe i'm expect too much too soon, but its been a kick up the arse, "i'm not satisfied... i want more weight! i wanna beat him!"... man! i been watching so much pumping iron i'm really motivated to see this cycle through now, hopefully the gains will start to show, i'll keep you informed

I started seeing results after about 3 weeks on 1-ad. During the 6th week, you just want to end the cycle because of the lethary. I didn't use 4-ad for my 1-ad cycles.

thats encouraging man coz i've just finished my second and still haven't seen much, and i got guys like simbh talking about 8-9lbs gains already, and another friend saying hes put on 6lbs clean muscle in 2 wks! and i've had none of that, just 5lbs of water and maybe 1-2lb of muscle which is more likely to be placebo, so i'm feeling a bit low because of it right now but i'm looking forward to the next week... plenty of food, pumping and humping
