circulation supplement?

hey does anyone know if there is a good supplement for poor circulation?

You could try an NO2 product. They are hemodialators so you could give them a shot. Dymatize NOV is a great NO2 product thats super cheap for a trial run. About 30 US for a month's supply. Cheers!

Ginko biloba, way cheaper than any NO2 product. Its OTC at your local Rite Aid or whatever. Probably $5 for 200. Works great.

you should look at food sources first. they'd be much cheaper.


ginger is good for a lot of things with circulation being one of them.

i also think garlic would help as it's a blood thinner. my wife has been told to use it in very small doses as she has low blood pressure & garlic will thin her blood too much.

so i'm assuming thinner blood = better circulation.

Niacin is an extremely good vasodilator. Get the regular niacin and you'll feel warm ALL over for an hour or so. It is also good at lowering cholesterol (for you meth-heads )

If you are looking into NO products, just buy bulk AAKG from 1fast.
