I'm at the very end of week 3 (still 1 week left) taking 20mg per day taking MM Sports Nutritions M1T.
Stats: Age - 22 5'11" Starting weight was 153 lbs. Weight 3 weeks later is now 166 lbs. Dropped Body Fat as well. Work Out Routine: Lifting 5 Days/Week Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 5-6 Days/Week Diet: Lots of Shakes Lots of Chicken Fish Steak Oat Meal Vegtables Fruit No Drinking I noticed most of my gains were in the 2nd week and the 3rd week I gained merely nothing. Should I expect to gain more weight the 4th week or should I just stop the cycle now and go to PCT? Also the last week I have had more difficulty sleeping so I started taking Melatonin which helps. Is this a common side effect? Any other tips about how to get the most out of the rest of this cycle I would appreciate. |

The sleep problems may be due to high blood pressure. Check it. Your focus now should be on keeping your gains. What are you planning to use for pct? Keep cals up for pct and go easy in the gym for the first week and slowly build back up.

Yea, what he said. Will you use Nolva for PCT? Dont use 6-oxo. Keep up the cycle, just keep pushing up the cals. Thats what gets you to grow.
Keep the cals high, at least toward the beginning of your PCT. Youre gonna lose some water, could be as much as 1/3 of your gains. Dont worry about it. Keep your protein cals up, and start to lower your volume at the gym. Ive had a tough time sleeping on m1t before too, ntohing to worry about. The melatonin helps. But ya, try pushing up your protein / carb cals for the last week to see what you can get. Then work your ass off to keep your gains. |

60-40-20-20 mgs for 4 weeks. |

Looks good. Just don't overtrain during your first week of pct. Keep the volume low and the sessions short. Otherwise, you risk muscle loss. Absolutely no cardio for the first two weeks of pct, then slowly incorporate it in short sessions. As for the last week on, lift really heavy (3-5 reps).

low volume, rest-pause style training would be best, i'd go with about 20-30mins 3 days a week... gradually you'll be able to build it back up in-line with your recovery, if you do too much over pct your gonna lose all your gains, simple! |

Just to let you guys know. Finished off the 4 week cycle weighing in at 168.
4 Week Cycle = 15 lbs. gained. Now lets just see how much I can keep during PCT. |

Good luck bro, keep us all posted. I used m1t awhile back and my gains were awsome but since I wasnt eating that great I flipped out cause I got fat, so I went right to pct and I actualy didnt eat anything. Im guesing you guys know what happened, I lost all My gains. 174-191lbs (somewhere in that range)

I've been keeping the calorie intake up and taking it easy this first week of PCT as well as 60mg of Nolva a day and haven't lost anything yet. However I am getting a ton of zits on my back (especially the shoulder area) and I only a few on my face. Is this a normal side effect of M1T and is this just my body starting to produce test again?
Appreciate the feedback. |

After 2nd week of PCT, lost 2 lbs so I'm at 166 now. Still holding a 13lb gain. Taking 20mg of Nolva a week now. Still trying to keep cals up and sick of eating. Labido is starting to return. Also the bloating had gone away now and I can tell I lost body fat too during the cycle (probably because I was eating clean during the cycle). Also acne is disappering from my shoulders. Keep you updated.

How much is nolva for a basic post cycle dose after like a 3-4 week M1T cycle at 10 mg? Just give me an average dose, at 180 pounds. I already got my M1T, but I've only got 6-oxo and I want some nolva on hand you know. What did it run you guys for oyur post cycle?

My cycle is completely finished including PCT.
Starting Weight- 153 Weight before PCT - 168 Weight after PCT - 163 Total Weight Gained= 10lbs. Do you guys think I can get the same results on my next cycle? |
