If you respond to plain monohydrate, great. Its a hell of a lot cheaper. If not, move on to something like CEE/swole/v12 etc...

i disagree, i respond to mono but i respond even MORE to CEE, and i mean noticably more!!

also CEE has the benefit of not having to be mixed with sugar when you take it, so gains sould be leaner

also... don't compare CEE to the likes of v12 and swole, they are not in the same leauge as CEE, trust me.. i ran v12 turbo for 6 weeks and got nothing from it, been on CEE for about the same amount of time now and all my lifts are up! its been dubbed 'prohormones for natural lifters' by 1 supplement retailer and i can understand why! best product i've used bar none!

Thanks for the input.

I did search, but I didn't find any poll comparing CEE to monohydrate, forgive me if I'm wrong. I thought this might be a good way to summarize people's experiences with it to get a better picture of how it matches up. I could only find a couple individual threads about one person's response to CEX.

I wasnt comparing them directly together, I was referring to it as the other type of creatine option. Does the "extra" gains reflect the difference in price? this is something to consider, especially if a student is inquiring. That is also assuming there is actually greater gains on thses fancy creatines. I wouldnt know, b/c I dont respond at all to plain mono.

Everyone is different. Just cuz you repond better means...nothing, except that YOU respond better to it, so what...

Plain mono might be cheaper but if you buy CEE in bulk its cheap.

I paid $60 for a kilo, it should last me 250 days (4gm a day), that comes out to 24 cents a day. Pretty cheap I would say.

I think that mono "worked" for me but I felt really bloated and I am a fat guy that really shouldnt notice the little bit you should gain but it really bugged me. Have not tried the CEE yet since I just got it.

Actually , to have tried both regular CEE and CEX , it is not exactly the same thing ... Cex is made with CEE yes , but my results have been better with CEX . Although my results with regular CEE were bad either

FYI it is cheaper to run CEE than mono, yes CEE gram for gram is roughly twice the price of mono, but you only need half the dose with CEE and there is no 5 day loading phase required, making CEE relatively cheaper, so price is not a good argument for using mono over CEE, both are dirt cheap

buy CEE, dont waste time with mono. Especially not anything with the words "Tech" or the acronym "EAS" on them.
