M1T Update

Well, as of last Sunday I started PCT. I decided not to go an extra week on my cycle. My next goal is to cut and I didn't want to wait. Plus, I wasn't getting enough sleep and the lethargy was killing me.

I understood before hand that my test levels would be equal to that of a six year old girl. I just didn't stop to think that so would my lifting. Now I'm worried that the little down the block is going to kick my butt. As least, that's the word on the street.

Anywho...

My PCT will be four weeks long, but how long will it take for my nads to start producing any level of test again? Does it take the whole PCT or some subset of time?

Thanks!

It took me longer than PCT to get my libido back up, but it will happen.

This is good to here, GC, because I'm in my last week of PCT and I'm SO close to being where I was, but not quite. It's good to hear that it might take a little longer than PCT even with something as mild as 1-AD/4-AD.

With 1-AD, I only experienced very mild libido loss, but with M1T it was gone big time...

Well, me too, but it's still not quite up to par. I had extremely high test levels to begin with.

Honestly, mine never dropped. But, again, I was on a much more mild PH.

Are you lifting lighter to prevent injury or did your strength drop that quickly after coming off cycle?

My first set seems to go just fine. My second set is a little off and my third set down by a few of reps. I seem to lose energy quicker.

On my previous M1T cycles I've had a strength increase of approximately 10%. Unfortunately those go bye bye when coming off cycle. You shouldn't lose everything but you will lose a bit.

I'm on my last week of my M1t cycle. I'm benching 270lbs 1RM. I expect to be able to put up 255lbs off cycle. Just comes with the territory.

Bench: 270lbs
Incline: 210lbs
Decline: 285lbs

How cardio on M1t? I guess I mean the stamina/cardio vascular capacity and maybe even will power to do cardio! Better, same worst?
I guess bp can be a little high, dyou find it interferes?(sp)

Agreed that you will lose some, but not all of your gains in strength. I have been trying a new twist (for me anyway). I stop taking creatine and workout boosters while on PHs. M1T in particular holds water enough as it is that I dont need creatine doing it as well. Then, during PCT, I start taking those two supps again. I dont know if I build up a tolerance while taking it for so long, then after going back on, I am renewed or what. I notice it instantly upon starting those two supps back up. It helps me lift more and keep my "lifting libido" up. IT could all be mental, but it works every time. If I bench 275 on cycle, then I only drop to about 265-270 during PCT. I was almost as "jacked" during PCT as I was on cycle. Just my experience. ALthough you don't have to cycle creatine, I have to imagine that you build a tolerance to it like you can for any substance.

THAT WHICH DOES NOT KILL ME, CERTAINLY MUST MAKE ME STRONGER

Cardio during PCT is a no-no. That's a pretty much universally accepted. Right now I have zero test in my system and I can overtrain very easy.

I'll give it a shot. I haven't lost a lot of my strength, just enough to bother me. Plus, it feels as though the work I do is harder and I dislike that as well. The real funny thing is that my labido never took a hit. Not during my cycle or on PCT. Not that I'm complaining.

If you're goal is to bulk, it would be counter productive. My understanding is that intensive cardio has no place during a bulk (PH induced or otherwise). Some would disagree though.

Oh that I know, I do moderate/low intensity cardio twice/week, just to keep cv capacity up and hopefully, fat at bay. I know that one of my FBB friends does do cardio on m1t...I should ask her!

Some advice for you cycle crazy enough. First off, everyone is different, so feel free to ignore my advice.

When I was on my M1T cycle I doubled up the number of workouts on every muscle group except the legs. I still did those only once a week with the exception of my calves. I did those three times a week and they exploded in size (I gained a couple of inches, cold).

Food, food, and more food. Take a weight gainer if you need to. East about six or seven times a day. I'm 5'10" at 210 (pre-M1T) and I ate 4000 cals a day. I think I over did that though, I picked up a few pounds of fat.

Even though I upped the number of workouts, I still don't think I was pushing it as hard as I could. I aware that overtraining is a worry, but I never felt any of the symptoms.

Sleep. Get lots of sleep. About 7 to 8 hours per day.

The M1T really kicked in on the 10th day. The pumps became outrageous and the growth really kicked in.

Eat as clean as you can, but don't beat yourself up if you cheat a bit. You'll be constantly hungry and will eat anything that gets to close. My neighbor lost a cat that way... Make sure to eat a slow digesting meal before bed or get up after four hours of sleep to get a snack or you'll wake up ravenous and risk binging. I know I did.

Make sure that you are taking your multivitamin and multimineral supplements. Take an extra dose of vitamins C & E after your workout. Get plenty of EFAs.

Well, there are a few tips for you.

i do HIIT cardio all year round, it kicks ass... why would low intensity cardio be better if bulking?.. high intesity is in every sense superior to regular cardio regardless of cutting or bulking

I don't believe in doing cardio on a bulk. I save all my time and energy for the weight room. Like I said, that's just my opinion.

Bulking requires excess calories.
High intensity burns more calories.
Low intensity burns fewer calories.
Therfore, low intensity (or no cardio) = more excess calories = better for bulking.

thanx very much!! I think I already have much of that down , especially the diet part, with my current 6 meals/day...Currently cals are around 2900,(40-40-20) maintenance for me is 2300-2400 and my diet is cleaner than a nuns ass! I didnt intend on upping that count much more during my cycle, but I might reconsider this...but I am just (just..lol thats funny)5 foot 6 3/4 and 175 so...
I cant survive without a minimum of 8 hours/sleep so Im good here and supplement wise Im already on track....like way on track!

its good to know I seem to be doing things right to make the most of my cycle... thanx again cfs3

Be careful of joint/tendon/ligament pain too. Muscle will grow wicked fast, but these wont adjust as quickly, makes for a good way to get hurt.

Id recommend glucosamine/chondritin for joints, but definitely be careful of injuries there.

You wanna know what's really funny...I don't feel like I'm 224 lbs person. I'm not really sure how to say it. It's kind of like my voice. My voice is very deep (or so I've been told by many people), but I just don't hear it. When I tell people that I weight 210 (now 224), they have a hard time believing it.

Oh well...
