I'm guessing the "18" age guideline is a recommendation. (kind of like how at 21, you're apparently magically mature enough to drink alcohol). I hear often that as a teenager it's better to just eat well and let your body grow naturally, but I know plenty of people who started w/ protein & creatine supplements in their teens, and it beneifted them.
If it does end up being ok to take however, get the chocolate peanut-butter flavor. With skim milk, it seriously tastes like something I'd order at a restaurant. It's awesome!![]()
