I dont know, Ive been wondering that...

Do a search, because my man boobs are slowly dissapearing. If you smoke pot, or juice, it may very well be gyno, otherwise, you just a fat, fat man, like me

gyno is glandular and or fatty tissue, so gyno is fat. Once you have gyno the only cure is surgery, but if you experience gyno like symptoms such as tenderness, ichyness or puffy nipples, an estrogen inhibitor like nolvadex will help stop the onset of gyno.

The fat around your nipples may not be gyno, but gyno is fat.

If it's just fat and not gyno, you can lose it the same way you lose body fat. Diet and exercise. Up the cardio if you need to.

its still gyno, just like androgens cause an affinity the storage of estrogenic fat so do certain hormones during puberty, its just not calcified tissue (hard lump)

you can not spot reduce so there are no exercises that will effect lipolysis (fat burning) in the chest. you need to lower your body fat through a healthy diet and to continue your resistance training program. people have stubborn fat deposits in different places in the body. some in the chest, some lower abs, some in the legs, etc.

I know that I have to get down to 7-8% bf before all of my chest fat is gone.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

I'm not positive about this but isn't it impossible to see you abs at all if your over 10% BF. So at 15% BF I doubt you could see your abs.

people have different variables in their bodies, and different hormone levels, which would cause fat to be stored differently, so, like he said, hes got some major butt-fat, like me, my butt-fat has NOT reduced signifigantly, as my BF percentage is dropping, im starting to see my abs, because my body doesnt store a huge amount directly on my gut

    thats bull

i have clearly visible abs man and i'm at 15% according to these scales (maybe a couple of % is water retention but i'm cetainly well over 10% BF now), like i said i hold all my fat on my lower body (mainly my arse, legs and bottom of my back), i don't seem to store any fat on my abs... when i cut my abs rip up extremely fast and my arse fat takes ages to go... its kinda odd down to about 10% my arse fat dose not drop at all... then it starts going (to be honest i think its genetic, my dad has a big arse and my mum is overweight), i know ppl at 8% BF and don't have any abs showing because all their fat is stored on their wasteline but they have scrawny butts, everyone is different

totally agree with you on that ... Everyone is different , some will store it around the abs , others around the ass , chest or whereever ... It really depends on every person.
