    Creatine and Cardio???

I just brought a 7 lb container of Cell-Tech and I am looking to use it to put on some muscle. If I get some good results I plan to start using it regularly for a couple of months until I go to infantry training this summer. Any advice on what type of diet and workout plan to use with it would be helpful. I'm concerned about how to implenent cardio into the program though. I usually run to keep up and increase cardiovascular endurance. Will running while training with Cell Tech be counter productive? I also heard that it can dehydrate you, is that true? And some friends of mine were concerned about health risks (particularly heart problems and increased aggressiveness) Are these valid concerns? As all of my research seems to indicate that it is completely natural and safe. Thanks in advance for any help guys. Stay Motivated guys.

You did fine except for the fact you spent too much buying a MuscleTech product instead of a competitor.

Drink plenty of water and you'll be fine. Creatine doesn't fuck with your test levels so aggression isn't going to occur, either. Most people will tell you not to do cardio while trying to bulk--I'm one of them. But, it doesn't mean it'll negate any gains, just make sure you eat like crazy.

Will eating like crazy make me gain a lot of fat weight, because I want to get cut up too. Is this realistic or am I trying to have my cake and eat it too? Also, what are some products similiar to Cell Tech that I can use that are less expensive?

Eat lean, stay relatively lean. If you're eating a bunch of crap, you'll put on a lot more weight. That's just how it is.

The equation is simple: Eat more calories than you burn, gain muscle/weight (some can be fat, of course). Eat less than you burn, lose muscle/weight (some can be muscle, it could be a blend, could be mostly fat). You just need to find out how many calories you burn throughout the day, and eat accordingly. You want an excess, but make sure they're "good" calories. Meaning those beer nuts you ate last night along with all that lager as you cheered for my Patriots isn't going to help you out in the right direction

thanks for the nutrition advice, I know I need to eat healthy but its damn near impossible on a college campus these days. I have been doing much better in choosing healthier meal options though. What are some cheaper alternatives to cell tech? And is it neccessary to supplement it with nitro-tech like muscletech claims on their website?

What up bro, im in college and feel your pain about the always healthy campus food. A good way to save some money is to go to a price club like SAM's or something and just buy a huge bag of skinless chicken breasts and some other shit and your golden. Cell-tech is crap and nitro-tech is crap, so don't listen to anything they ever say. Their protein is no different from any other whey protein, so try to get some Optibolic Nutrition whey and my personal favorite creatine is Swole.

As DJS said, MuscleTech products are no better than their less-expensive counterparts. They just have to charge more to make up for their twelve pages of advertising in every muscle magazine and pay Jay Cutler's salary. I use Phosphagen Creatine from EAS, very cheap at www.affordablesupplements.com and I use the Creatine monohydrate offered on Vitamins.com
