    Creaform and Ana.Matrix Rx Rock!!!

I've been stacking these two for the last week and I have actually gotten bored in the gym!!! I was trying my hardest to reach failure and it just wasn't happening. I tried pyramiding, and even lifting 90% my max and it just wasn't happening. My usual work out is about 2 hrs, I stayed for 3 hrs this past Saturday. I felt energized and pumped to the max!!! You guys have gotta try this stuff.

3 hours in the gym? You know that spending 3 hours in the gym doesn't mean 3 hours of building muscle, your doing more harm than you think if your lifting for 3 hours at a time.

If your working that long you must not be lifting enough weight and your doing to many reps and sets. Theres a good chance you are burning muscle instead of gaining.

I'm in and out of the gym in 60 minutes. I can't imagine a workout of three hours having any intensity

man you need to get away from them pink dumbells, ain't ever gonna reach failiure in under 3 hours lifting them!

actually try putting some weight on the bar next time, try lifting 500lbs... you'll reach failiure pretty fast with that weight
