supplement additions?
Hey,
My stats are: 188lbs 5'8 Training for 3 years now I was thinking about taking a new supplement stack. My goals are like many, to increase muscle mass. I was thinking of taking. NO Xplode + CEE and maybe an NO Supplement Xpand + NO Supplement I am open to any ideas. BTW diet is 3500 Calories/day and I am still trying to bring it up. I read the reviews about NO Xplode, and basically most reported to have increase concentration and pumps, but little increase in muscle mass. CURRENT SUPPLEMENTS ARE ZMA Whey Protein TImed Release Protein (Isobolic) Multi. |

If you want to gain muscle, EAT EAT EAT...
NO and Cee are good choices. If you want to get something thats going to help you gain muscle give Product X a try. Many people are seeing good results but at the same time some people dislike it. |

yes, but it does not have enough aakg, i think 3grams. I normally stack it with nitrix or sometimes a cheaper NO product, to give me good pumps.

thanks for the responce.
b12 is in ZMA, Creatine, definatly, but I am debating if i should stick to the DIcreatine Malet in NO-Xplode, or give the new XPand a shot, which contains CEE. From my understanding if I an consuming enough protein 1g/lb (i take double that) glutamine is useless. Many amino acids can be converted to glutamine The majority of supplemented glutamine is converted to glucose. "Also, double-blind studies have not found glutamine to confer any significant benefit to strength trainers, even in high doses." http://forums.bulknutrition.com/?sho...2&hl=glutamine furthermore, not to mention its low oral bioavailiblity. |
