Im puttin my buddy on a CEE and Diarginine Malate stack, he weighs 175, wants to put on 10 pounds of muscle, how many grams of each should he take? Right now, Imma have him take 3 grams of each, in the morning, then 2 of each in the afternoon, then on weights days, 2 in the morning, 3 before he lifts, (he lifts in the afternoon)
I think I got him on the right track, gettin the stuff from Bulknutrition... Anything else I should have him get, or is there anything else I should replace the diarginine malate with?
Im also gonna go on this stack in about a month, save that Im gonna be on some citrulline malate as well... Unless you guys say any reason I shouldnt... lol

On workout days 2-3g of CEE pre and post workout should work well. On non workout days try a single dose of 4-5g. I've not used Diarginine Malate so I can't make any recommendations.
I've been testing a home made stack for pre-workout which consists of
This gives me good pumps and enhanced stamina during workouts. Using CEE alone I get a similar effect so I need to do more testing to see if the other supplements are worth it. I bought the bulk powders from CNW.
Ahh, thank you... Ill talk to him tomorrow, ANY OTHER INPUT IS GREAT
