I bought three powder supplements from GNC, a creatine mix, a protien, and L-glutiamin.
I work out in the afternoons for musclebuilding, and cardio in the mornings. When should i take what?
take a protein shake mixed wit l glut. then before work out take the creatine mix with like a banna or lite fruit..then after workout mix creatine l-glut and protein in one shake and u shuold be good to go..![]()
