those are a minimum of at least 5 months old, what if some super duper anabolic sublingual multi has since been created and I am missing out on huge muscle gains?

I use Costco's private label (Kirkland Signature) vitamin/mineral product. Not glamorous but it's high quality formula and is low in price - $12 for 500 tablets (1 per day)

I use GNC Mega Men - Time released.... Seems alright.
