Has anyone used CEE creatine??? I got some questions

Hey, i just ordered some VNS JACKED CEE creatine and its on its way from bodybuilding.com

i heard it was a great product from some other people, so i decided to give it a try!

Now, how much of this stuff should i take daily (and when?)? Should i take it on days i dont work out? Is it dangerous?

also the VNS Jacked comes with a n02 supplement in the powder, so it says.

finally I bough N-Large II its a protein mix, have any of you used it, how often should i take it and when??? on days i dont work out???

btw im really skinny if that helps you answer any of the questions.

    thanks!!!!

VNS Jacked is good stuff. You should get great pumps...When it comes to dosages etc read the bottle...

Also get a good protein, get ON Whey Or if you want a blend get Syntrax Matrix 5.0....

Don't overtrain , but even if you do , you'll see good gains ... When i started training in my younger days , well no need to say I didn't train real well but I got good gains as I ate a lot .
