    bought some new sh*t

    I just bought some amino Gelcaps by prolab.. anyone have experience with it? Thanks in advance

    Never used it...don't use aminos anymore. Prolab is a quality company though, with quality products.

    Honestly, if you're getting enough quality protein in your diet taking aminos is not really necessary.

    Amino acids are the "building blocks" of protein. In other words, protein is the building, and aminos are the bricks.
