    Women's Release Formula....

Well the good news is my Wife has decided to seriously address her fitness needs. She has taken up kick boxing and improved her diet.

A Girlfriend that is taking the kickboxing class with my wife convinced my wife that she needed to buy this Release_Complete ($170).

Now, I personally think that most products sold at GNC are completely overhyped and extremely overpriced. This product is no exception. My question is, Since the damage has been done and the money is already spent, has anyone had any experience with this product? Have any of you ladies used it or know anyone who does? Any qualified opinions on the product?
NEVER write a check with your mouth that you can't cash with your ASS!!

I jsut checked out the ingrediEnts, and its just your basic stuff. Theyre good mixes, albeit overpriced. I cant comment on that "Natural Woman" multiviatmin, but all the other shit is just beyond basic.

Its a good stack, all in all. Cant complain too much.
