    Do You Cycle on Creatine?

    if so, how long on and how long off?

    I don't believe there is any need to cycle creatine. But if you so desire.. 2 months on, 1 month off would be a possibility.

    Lots of opinions out there ... but mine is that the human body gets used to the stuff that we put on it ... cycling is a method to cheat the body or to clean it of the substance.

    You change your workout routine a couple of times a year .. why not supplements too...

    4 weeks on 1 week off for a long time user and 2 weeks on 1 off for a starter.

    I don't cycle it per say, nothing specific. I'll be on for awhile, then off. I never do loading phases.

    It works best for my when I cycle/load it. Although there really isnt any proof that you need to cycle it.

    There isnt proof? ive read many articles that states your body halts in the production of creatine after you take it long enough... why would your body produce it when it has it already there in abundance... especially after a long time... so in my opinion i agree with the other guy.. usually go for 2 months.. off for 1
