    InStone Protein Pudding?

Anyone tried this stuff? I picked up a couple of each flavor off Bulk... curious as to if anyone else has had it. There's only 2g carbs and 20g protein in each, so I figured they'd be good to use on my no-carb days.

    Instone Pudding

I tried both flavors, cuz I work in a supplements store and the Vanila Ice Cream is delicious!!! It's so good that sometimes I thought it doesn't have any protein at all. The chocolate one is kinda... I didn't like it.

I am sure I will eventually buy some, but for the amount of protein it is expensive, but as someone else said it is a good tasting alternative when dieting.

as far as Instone's high prices it's necessary to support their multi-million dollar marketing campaign, and now they are doing a competition and giving away a lot of stuff.

Go to the Recepies forum, I posted my own homemade protein puding on there..I got to the store and buy some 0.50 Cents sugar free carb free Pudding (I get fudge becasue it tasted so good) when I get home I add a scoop of my protein powder, water and some of the pudding I bought, Then put it into the fridge for a few hours to hold together, The, You can make it in amounts of whatever you want, the pudding and the protein will hold together if you add just ennough water and put it in the fridge......!!!!!!!!!!! I bet my ass that it tastes just like or even better then that instone pudding and is cheap as fuck, compared to that instone pudding... ((( For a twist i put mocha protein with the chocolate fugde pudding))) make sure you buy the low calorie fat free sugar free carb free pudding...

Transporting this stuff is easy though. When you fly as much as I do, hard to beat it.

I started thinking about recepies like that when I puked after eating tuna and cotage cheese and geting it down with water last summer...lol, Now i still have tuna and cottage cheese but with less gagging....lol its true.

If you like vanilla pudding (it has less calories then fudge) then just mix it with your chocolate protein powder so you can get vanilla chocolate pudding........
