I don't know if this counts as a sup but...

I have been drinking those Monster Energy drinks for about a month now every morning to get me going. I drink the low carb ones and they really get me going I call them my coffe. Is there anything I should be concerned about? I guess it's kind of silly asking nw that I've been drinking it for a while but I want to know if it's going to cause any problems down the road. TIA

I'll let the diet experts tear this apart.

I got this info from thier website

Ingredients - Carbonated water, sucrose, glucose, citric acid, taurine, natural flavors, sodium citrate, l-carnitine, panax ginseng root extract, ascorbic acid, caffeine, sodium chloride, niacinamide, riboflavin, guarana seed extract, inositol, glucuronalactone, pyridoxine hydrochloride, cyanobalmin.

It really doesn't look all that detrimental to me. It's not much different that Red Bull or any other energy drink.

Red Bull Ingredients: carbonated water, sucrose, glucose, sodium citrate, taurine, glucuronolactone, caffeine, inositol, niacin, D-pantothenol, pyridoxine HCL, vitamin B12, artificial flavours, colors

If you just want a little energy boost then IMO they are fine. I love those Pirana drinks and drink about 4-5 a week.

I wouldn't drink one everyday. Caffeine effects the nervous system, I wouldn't try and regulate it to a certain dose every morning.

So should I limit my self to say 3 to 4 a week or even less than that? It just gets me going in the mornigs when I don't want to get up and run.

Every third day, even every other day would be better than one each morning.
