    I've always used bulk powder whenever I can because I've always been under the impression that bulk powder would have a faster and better absorption factor than caps/tabs. However, I would try the product if in capsule form rather than caplet or tablet form for the same reason.

    most capsules dissolve in less than a minute. absorption shouldn't be an issue.

    I'd have to go with powder. Considering all the clean food and supplements I already buy, I can't afford convenience.
