    Smile Where do I start?

    Hi, and thanks in advance.
I have been lifting for years, free weights, fitness equip, cardio. I have a congenital disorder called CAH, basically my endocrine relies on medication to be "normal". I take cortef(steroid) and a salt pill three times a day, they are life sustaining. I want to gain more muscle mass and flatten out the handles on my stomach that just wont go away. As a part of my disorder it is hard to lose weight and so easy to gain it. What supplements could I begin taking to help without effecting my endocrine. (by the way i asked my doc who believes in love thy self as thy are..so he's no help) I am 31 this month and am tired of being the short kinda round guy..lol..I am 5'5 180 pounds medium to large frame.
Thanks so much for any suggestions.

If I were you, I'd ask a different doc. If your prob is life threatening, the internet is no place to go fishing for info. Your life might depend on it.
