    Two supplement questions

Hi i was wondering if i have regular creatine mono and it is flavored what should i mix it with instead of water b.c i think grapejuice and fruitpunch would be nasty the creatine already had sugar like 33 grams should i add like two teaspoons or should i take it with water and right after drink apple juice or grape juice. And my other question is with nitric oxide how long should i take a nitric oxide supp. for? to see the best results from it? thanks

Dont add sugar, 33g is enough. Mix it with water.

Nitric oxide supps are worthless, they just give you a temporary pump. You take it, and then get the best results you can from it about 30 min later.
