Best fat burner is some cardio and a calorite-restricted diet.

Why not stick to an EC stack? Cheap and effective, also easy to play with and adjust the dosage to ur liking.

we all know that diet and training is key, but this is the supplement forum and the right place to ask about a fat burning supplement.

I bought several bottles before the ephedra ban and like the product, but I do not know about their ephedra-free version.

K thx guys ... I know that diet and cardio is key when cutting ... I plan to do that , don't get me wrong . I remember a post from rob though , saying that with a good diet / cardio a good fat burner could give you an extra 15% edge.

The E/c ratio leads me to beleive that it probably isn't all that potent.
