    i know i know

Yeah i know it has been mentioned quite a few times but what do you guys think,"is it okay if i mix my Glutamine and creatine in with my protein shake and weight gainer" as i have just done it but want to make sure it is okay and not make a habit of it if it is not getting the full effect as it should.Usually i have the creatine and glutamine together and the weight gainer and protein together

    Thanks

    Chris

There's a difference between L-Glutamine and Glut. Acid. Most protein powders have the Acid in them.

that is an old myth, the don't fight for absorption. creatine binds to a phosphate molecule while L-Glutamine is a free form amino acid which does not require to be bound for absorption
