If you respond to creatine 5 grams post work-out should be fine, I never bought into the loading phase personally.

exactly thats why they are saying taking 20 grams in a day is overkill. i heard about some guys that where having success with rectal administration of cell-tech. there is a new six page add in this months flex magazine about it

    Why what?

Some people dont respond to creatine monohydrate. Thats why he said "if you respond".

5g pre- and 5g post-workout is a good solid plan.

You dont need it all day.

many people do not respond well, or at all, to regular creatine monohydrate that is why compaines that are still in the dark ages using it in their products tell you do all of this loading crap and then take 10grams per day, etc. most of it just gets turned into Creatinine, and it's hard on your kidneys and liver.
