    Whats your prefrence when taking creatine?

    What do you usally drink along with your daily dosage of creatine? I am starting with the load process tomorrow morning and was wondering if anyone had any favorites.

    I use the flavored stuff, just add water.
    The loading phase is crap, just a way to get you to use more.
    It doesn't matter if you take 10 times the dose, your body will only absorb what it wants to so no use in upping the dose to start with.

    I use the pre-flavored, just add water crap, and i take it after I work-out.

    Apple juice. I used to drink it with grape juice, but then I found out that it was staining my teeth.

    The pre-flavored ones have a LOT of sugar in them, so if that concerns you, you should just stick with powder and juice.

    maltose and dextrose would be optimum. Maltose releases insulin better than dextrose alone.....from what i have read.

    or add it to vanilla protein powder, tastes like a smoothie
