    mixing supplements

Hey guys, remember me? Well I'm back with yet another dumbass question I can't figure out the answer to on my own. How good is it to mix my protien supplement with my creatine and take them at the same time? What I mean by this is putting the powder for both in the bottle, filling it up with water and downing the whole mix after a workout. Thanks

why not? Glutamine is best absorbed on an empty stomach, but creatine can easily be mixed in with your pro shake! chug away!

ON's protein has glutamine included. I thinks it's about 3g's per scoop.
