I have read on here that an ECA stack is the best thermogenic there is. But I can't find any threads that say what is a good dosage of each and how often should it be taken and at what time of the day. Also I've noticed that most of the fat burners leave me with a nasty after taste.
It is best to start out at 2 doses/day....one when you first get up and one about 6-7 hours later. The half-life of Ephedrine is 6hrs, so you prob don't want to start out taking it any closer than that until your body gets used to it or you know how you react to it. I have also read that you can do 25mgE with 100mg C so that your body becomes less dependent on the caffein.
OK set me straight on this if I'm wrong but by reading much info on this site about fat burners I have come to the conclusion that a E/C stack is going to be more potent and effective then any of the thermos that I can buy since efedra ban has basicly made them inefective. Correct?
I've been doing 25/200 for a couple of weeks now. I never "feel" it, though, which is weird. I've taken a dose at 10:30 PM before and had no problem falling asleep at midnight. I think it's working, though...
nice write up sawastea, but when it comes down to the chemistry of the how the EC works. Does the combination of both really burn the fat off? or is it b/c EC increases ur body temp and uses up calories, also causing you to want to eat less?
