    How do I measure 1g of creatine?

    The bottle says take 1g per serving. So how do I measure 1g?

    What kind of creatine is it, that you only need one gram?

    If it's just regular creatine monohydrate, screw the label and use a tablespoon (about 5 grams).

    It's Kre-Alkalyn powder. It says 1-2g twice daily. Would 1/2 tp. be good?

    1tbsp = 3tsp . so if i level tsp =~4g, you are probably getting 12g.
