whats the deal with vanadyl sulphate,i hear it was huge in the 80s but has been kinda phased out now. some of the "big boys" in the gym have some and been on it a few months, they say it is the dog bollocks. whats ur opinion on it?

im using protoplex at the min and it includes vanadyl sulphate.should i change to a diff protein when this stuff runs out?
